To become a Co-op member, or remain in good standing, it is necessary to pay the $35 membership fee, made out to: Galway Co-op.com LLC (send to: P.O. Box 299, Schenectady, NY 12301).
Our yearly membership timeframe runs from June 1st to May 31st. You can join the Co-op at any time but the Co-op cannot pro rate the membership fee. Example: If you join the Co-op in the month of April, you will be asked to renew your membership June 1.
Effective January 1, 2009, the membership fee is waived for Co-op members who are heating with propane only. You must be 65 or older, or currently serving in the military (proof of age or service required annually).

renewal form linked below with your payment and send it in to us (our address is included at the bottom of the form). If your renewal is not received by June 1st there will be a $45.00 dollar late charge that will apply (no exceptions).
Not renewing membership will result in a price increase or possible termination of your service(s). GalwayCo-op.com LLC assumes no responsibility for a vendor price increase or termination for their service to non-Co-op members. Galway Co-op is under no obligation to renew a membership once it is delinquent.
